All apartments are offered for sale at the following completion
stage: plaster coated walls and ceilings and cement covered floors.
We provide the option for additional luxurious finishing touches
to your apartment in accordance with individual interior projects
and designs.
Installations
Electrical installation
The electrical installation is electrically defensive; there is
also cable TV, internet, telephone, intercom and electrical bell
installation provided as well as an option for video intercom if
required.
Water and drainage system
Water and drainage system installation, polypropilen based, and
is built for vertical and horizontal usage, as well as an option
for boiler installation and hot water supply.
Heating and Ventilation
Heating is central and the thermo-elcctric power-station uses aluminum
radiators and central collector case for individual measurement
of the electricity consumed in each separate apartment;
Also, kitchen, toilet and bathroom ventilation is provided.
Finishing touches
5-chamber REHAU PVC insulation used; MDF inner doors; Outer
armored doors with 4-stage locking system and additional combination
locks; complete outer thermo insulation and BAUMIT silicate coating,
